Dubai Marina in the United Arab Emirates is going to be home to the world’s tallest hotel in the form of Ciel Tower, which is expected to span 104 floors and cost £388 million to complete. Based on the current plans, it is expected to dwarf Burj Khalifa in height.
With a height of 365 meters, this hotel will be the tallest in the world. According to Express.co.uk, once it has been built, it will provide 360-degree views of Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf when it is completed.
A total of 1,042 rooms will be present across the 82 floors of the tower. This includes 150 suites, which will be spread out over the tower’s 82 floors.
By the name of Immo Prestige Limited, the Ciel Tower is being built in Dubai Marina in the United Arab Emirates.
While the building has not yet been completely built, it has already earned awards at the 2019 International Property Awards in the categories of Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Hotel Architecture Arabia, and Best High-rise Architecture Arabia despite not being fully completed yet.
The foundation of the skyscraper was built using more than 2,700 tonnes of steel and approximately 12,000 cubic meters of concrete.
Within the first quarter of this year, the building is expected to open, with the intention of being completed by the end of the year.
The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, which is 355m high and has 82 floors, is also located in Dubai and is the world’s second tallest hotel.
The hotel is a popular attraction for locals and tourists alike. The hotel also features a helipad and a variety of meeting rooms. It is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is an iconic landmark in the city and is a must-see destination.
The hotel is also located in a prime location close to the city’s main attractions, such as The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It is also close to the city’s famous beaches, making it the perfect place for a holiday or a weekend getaway.
I am looking forward to the opening of the hotel that has been invested in by Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, who has invested in the hotel.
Ciel, as he put it, represents a ground-breaking project in upscale hospitality and will be able to showcase the best of Dubai’s offerings while also embodying the best of the city’s culture.
