‘Saltburn’ author Barry Keoghan shares surprising insights

Saltburn, last year’s best movie for cinephiles, was revealed in some surprising ways by Barry Keoghan.

As Keoghan revealed on Monday’s Louis Theroux Podcast, some of the movie’s boldest scenes were captured without prosthetics.

There was speculation that prosthetics had been used towards the end of the film to “enhance” the dance scene. Keoghan denied any such use of prosthetics.

The enhanced version? Did you hear that from someone else? He clarified, “Nah, wow.”.

It was all me. […] It wasn’t something I batted an eyelid at. I’d bat an eyelid if it didn’t fit the story.

As part of the infamous scene, the 32-year-old actor’s character danced after acquiring the estate he had been seeking for years.

The actor for Banshees of Inisherin explained that such a bold act was necessary to demonstrate the character’s ownership.

He has a mansion at the end that he uses as his private space. In that space… well, everyone does it at home: we walk around naked. Do you understand? The reason is that we are comfy and this is the environment we are used to,” he added.

As a father of one, he expresses admiration for the scene, saying, “It’s just beautiful to look at that […] to watch the body run through a room like that, almost like a painting.”

According to EW, the actor initially hesitated, but then felt compelled to take part.

His response to getting over discomfort was, “You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment that you can go, “All right, this is all about the story now.” “

Timenews1 provided that news.
