Priyanka Chopra unfollows Sophie Turner on Instagram. The actress, 27, unfollowed her ex sister-in-law Priyanka Chopra Jonas, 41, on Instagram while going through a contentious divorce from Joe Jonas, 34.
Since October 13, Sophie Jonas is no longer following her sister-in-law on social media; Priyanka Jonas, wife of Joe’s brother Nick Jonas, has also stopped following her.
It is unknown which actress clicked the ‘unfollow’ button first. Nonetheless, Sophie continues to follow Joe, Nick, Kevin Jonas, and Kevin’s wife Danielle Jonas.
It appears Sophie has cut off communication with the entire Jonas family as her divorce from Joe progresses.
On September 6, the former couple, who had two daughters aged one and three, Willa and Delphine, announced their divorce after four years of marriage.
At the height of Joe and Sophie’s post-split drama, Priyanka was allegedly caught between her former sister-in-law and her husband’s brother.
Despite keeping many of their friends away, Sophie and Joe have been caught in the middle of this mess, according to a report in Life & Style on October 7.
“Priyanka and Sophie were very close,” the source said of Priyanka, who has a daughter with Nick.
Sophie once thought she and Joe would move to London, as well as Nick and Priyanka. “Priyanka loves Sophie and her nieces and doesn’t want anything to jeopardize their lives.”
Priyanka, who married Nick in 2018, discussed her relationship with Danielle, 37, and Sophie, 37, in a 2019 Elle interview.
Having Danielle and Sophie, and just inheriting the family by proxy, is really nice for me, since I have never had a sister.
