Defeating China 5-1 in their quarter-final match in the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy 2024, the Pakistani hockey team recorded a dominant performance in order to secure their place in the semi-finals.

Pakistan won the match comfortably with the help of two star players, Nadeem Ahmed and Hannan Shahid, who scored two goals apiece to lead Pakistan to a comfortable victory in the match. Additionally, Abdul Rehman added a second goal to further solidify the team’s dominance over the game.

As Pakistan prepares for their upcoming match against their traditional rivals, India, on Saturday, this is set to be one of the most exciting encounters of the season for the team. As a result of the Indian team’s unbeaten record during the tournament, this upcoming clash is sure to be one of the most exciting in the series so far.

In their first game of the tournament, Pakistan beat Japan 2-1 in a heart-to-heart match on Wednesday.

In the first quarter, Nadeem Ahmed scored a goal, giving Pakistan the lead, but in the second quarter, Japan equalized with a goal that gave them the lead.

As the second quarter came to an end, Sufyan Khan scored a goal to restore Pakistan’s lead, and that was enough to win the game for Pakistan.

There is no doubt that Pakistan’s first two games were drew against Malaysia and South Korea, respectively, after both of them ended in a draw.
