As the world celebrates the start of another new year, Arton Capital, a global citizenship financial advisory firm, has released a list of what it considers to be the most powerful passports worldwide for the first three months of 2024.
According to the latest passport index produced by Arton Capital, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is considered the strongest country in terms of travel documents and is ranked first in the list.
According to the passport index, the country retains its position as the country with the highest mobility score with a mobility score of 180.
There are 130 countries where UAE passport holders can travel without the need for a prior visa, while 50 countries require a visa on the spot for citizens who hold an UAE passport.
As reported in Gulf Today, Arton Capital has stated that the UAE’s positive diplomacy has had a significant impact on the country’s passport, allowing it to strengthen in a significant way.
There are a number of countries that are ranked second on this list, including Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, which have the highest mobility scores or the ability to enter 178 countries.
Currently, there are only 177 countries that are open to the entry of Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland.
As a result of this, Pakistan has been positioned at the bottom of the list of the countries which are ranking the lowest in human development.
There are no passports in the world that are less powerful than a Pakistani passport, which has a mobility score of 47. The Pakistani passport holder is the only person in the world who has the privilege of traveling visa-free to 11 countries across the globe.
