Adele reveals her new intense fitness plan

During a recent interview, Adele revealed details about what she does to stay in shape.

As the Hello hit-maker explained to Desert Island Discs, “I haven’t done anything since the weekend, and it’s only been a few days.”. It’s back to the gym, and I am working out like no one’s business.”

The number of sessions I am doing per day is two or three. There is a noticeable improvement in the strength of my back. There is no limit to what I can do with my bum. I have done nothing else,” the singer revealed when asked what she had done so far.

The singer maintains a strict exercise schedule six days a week, however, on Sundays she indulges herself with her favourite takeaway food, despite her strict exercise regime six days a week.

It’s interesting to note that Adele followed a strict schedule in terms of diet and exercise from Monday to Saturday, in order to look as good as possible.

As an adult, all the fun things that living a happy life gives you as a person are gone: drinking, eating, going to the movies, etc. There used to be a time when I used to be so boring,” said the singer.

I was like, “okay, on my last break, I was like, “I will have a glass of wine and four espressos,” Adele said, “if you don’t mind.”. Seeing as how I am now back on stage, I will only be allowing myself to drink on Sundays.”

The thing is, it’s alright. I get absolutely hammered by four or five white wine spritzes, as well as ordering McDonald’s one day and forgetting about it the next, so it doesn’t really count.

During the course of the last decade, Adele did incorporate some changes into her life after the birth of her son, Angelo.

A seven stone weight loss was one of the most important decisions the singer ever made and it changed not only her body but her mind as well.
