As Taylor Swift’s close friend and collaborator Gracie Abrams recently pointed out, Taylor Swift has demonstrated a strong face even when she faces a fearful situation.
According to Billboard, along with Taylor, Gracie had just finished recording a song that they named US to be released sometime in the future when the fire broke out and Taylor bravely extinguished the fire in her New York City apartment after a candle in the kitchen fell over.
A fire started after Taylor and Gracie had finished their long songwriting session and had enjoyed drinks and dinner after that when their room caught fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished by Taylor using an extinguisher he had grabbed from the house, Gracie said.
“She was such a legend, and I can’t comprehend how she was capable of doing what she did at this hour, or in our state, when she needed to.” Gracie told the outlet.
As a result of the fire extinguisher fumes, the 24-year-old says he and his pal had been suffering from coughs that lasted for weeks.
In a recent report published in the outlet, it was reported that the song Us will be featured on Gracie’s next album (her second studio album, The Secret of Us, which will be released on June 21).
A young woman named Gracie Abrams, who is the daughter of the movie director J.J. J. Abrams, reacted to the songs on Taylor Swift’s latest album by giving it a very critical review.
A source close to her stated that it was Aaron Dessener “tinkering away in the studio” that inspired them to do a track with each other, and not the other way around.
Gracie stated, “Something caught the attention of both of us at the same time very hard and fast.”.
It was a dream I used to have as a child that someday I might be able to do something like this, and so we went to the piano and began writing this song,” she said.
